THE ARIZONA STATE BAR HAS GIVEN PERMISSION FOR ARIZONA LAWYERS TO AID THE CANNABIS INDUSTRY
Recognizing that the passage of Proposition 203 in 2011 placed lawyers in an ethical dilemma - it is not ethical to counsel clients on how to violate the law - the Arizona State Bar issued Ethics Opinion 11-01 establishing the parameters to which all Arizona lawyers must adhere, when counseling cannabis clients.
The Arizona Cannabis Bar Association welcomes all Arizona-licensed attorneys in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.
